the only thing the medi gun change does is make healing scouts even better (and maybe spy too?)
the crit-a-cola is still insane (also medics can now uber you and keep up with you LOL)

So pocket is dead all soldiers are roaming soldiers now, you bomb in with uber and jump out before it's gone? This actually sounds like it could be huge fun. Or completely break everything, maybe both

Just tested it; medigun change does NOT affect explosive jumps, only movement speed.
I don't know if it's been posted, but you don't have to keep healing the scout to keep the movespeed as medic. You lose it if you switch weapon or heal a slower class.

People who want your HUDs to work, I got sent a workaround temporary fix
go to your custom hud folder (so for me its tf > custom > HUD)
in a plaintext editor (preferrably not notepad) create a file called info.vdf and put this in
"HUD name" { "ui_version" "1" }
where HUD name is the name of your custom folder.
Worked for me (modified KBNHud with a few additions/subtractions)

As a Soldier, the Righteous Bison can hit the same enemy multiple times, and will hit the most times on enemies who are moving away from the projectile. Use it to punish retreating enemies!

I went from getting like 130~ fps in pubs to 200-300. so smooth
So disappointing. Not even close to as good as it was implied to be tbh. Some cool stuff though.

Someone informed me that it doesn't actually matter what you call the hud? Not sure.
Is nobody bothered by the fact they've changed the icon to hl2 one? Or is this just a bug on my side?

It's definitely a bug, but not on your side. Everyone seems to have the same result. I'd wager HL2 logo is just the default source engine program icon, and they did something to accidentally revert it to that.
