i saw so much improvement over the last year mentoring and being on a team with Lights. She grew as a player, gaining superb game sense and easily upper mid open scout dm. She plays on a laptop with 120+ ping from Hawaii, but i think given a good deskyop and some better ping she could be in the top of open, maybe even IM. She is always positive and happy and always gives 100% and is dedicated to improving, although she is a bit hard on herself sometimes. I would recommend her for any mid to high open team! :]

Lights the ultimate pocket scout main :D. I'd have to agree with everything Xattuu has said. She has great game sense and DM (though her ping may make her think otherwise). She's also very dedicated to improving herself, so much so that I think she lives on DM servers. Lastly, she's one of if not the nicest person I know, and is always a pleasure to be around and hang out with, and is always giving positive reinforcements in mumble.

Happy to see her playing again and can't wait to see where she goes from here forward.

tldr; One of my favorite scout mains, and an easy pick-up for any mid-high open team!

Even though her schedule is a little iffy because of her living in hawaii and all, she is literally the friendliest person i have met in tf2 and she's a great player, although she might say otherwise haha. She is very smart and has a great attitude. She could definitely be a playoff contending scout with a great team, pick her up!

Lights has gotten so much better, during and after the season I had played with her. She is a very positive individual in mumble and is one that will never yell in frustration at her teammates. She is a great player who deserves a solid team. I hope for the best for her. Pick her up!

A really friendly person, her positioning can be a little off sometimes, but she's been working on her dm, and it's pretty solid now.

Lights, despite what she says about herself, is actually quite good and has a great drive to improve herself (see her all the time in DM servers). She is also one of the friendliest gamers I have ever met and in general is a very positive person to have in mumble. (I have never seen her tilt before, ever) She will go far with a good team. I haven't been playing much recently since I've been a bit busy (an extra house guest is here atm) but I'm still looking!

I've known lights from the beginning; she loves this game and has never stopped improving. Also is genuinely the sweetest gamer you'd ever meet. If you're halfway decent of a person you'll gel with her in and out of game.

super nice person, loads of fun and is dedicated to getting better. And manages to airpipe me on 110 ping regularly.

I watched a couple of her demos last season and I could already tell her aim had a lot of potential. She has of good mouse control and looks in control when she plays.
However, that's not even the most important thing; her willingness to improve is actually one of the strongest I've seen.

I would tell her to work on things and she would immediately showcase them in her next official or scrim. I even told her to start surfing to help her movement and she started completing surf maps and stages she had previously struggled with.

From my experiences with her it's glaringly obvious that she has the dedication to improve and be a great player. It would be worth anyone's time to play with someone with her work ethic and ability to effectively practice.

Also, I'll probably be watching her demos so your team would get a free demo review.

Had a couple tryouts, still looking~

Lights is one of a handful of people I'd recommend without reservation. Here's why:

1. Good DM. Don't listen to her if she claims hers is bad. If she ever gets a decent computer/monitor, everyone better run.
2. Smart, thoughtful player. Absolutely not a bot.
3. DMs frequently, works with mentors, etc. Dedicated.
4. I have literally never seen her be unkind to anyone ever. She seems to be nice to everyone all the time with no exceptions. Untiltable even in bad environments.
5. Sometimes sends me cat gifs I haven't seen yet. I appreciate contributions to my hoard.

She's gonna move to the west coast and have good ping and reasonable hours at the beginning of next season, which should balance out playing on laptop yuck.
Would definitely try her out for high open or IM.
