I don't really know how to set skins up for the autoinstaller but here's the three used
As I put in the readme, it's for 1366x768 (think it only matters for one thing but still) and only has some basic commands for the middle thing included, but it's pretty easy to add more commands.

Run it a second time. Not sure but I think task manager force closing it + running something fullscreen (not windowed borderless) for a little bit also would bring it back.

The CPU usage circles look like CircuitousTwo.
The 'You need a coat' weather thingy is something like this (i'm sure there are other skins for it).
There are too many music player/visualizer skins to know which brusey's using, but Fountain of Colours is one option that's easy to customize the colour/size of.
