Hi guys, I just logged in to pugchamp for the first time and I have the message "You are not authorized to use this system." in a red bar above the player list. I am not able to add up or even type in the chat. Anybody else had this problem?

Cheating is a serious violation of competitive integrity and cannot be tolerated — players with a history of cheating may be barred from play, and suspected cheaters may be indefinitely suspended until further review.

Its your vac ban thats causing this issue
Add an admin and talk to him

Anyone know the best way to get in touch with the admins and who they are? The vac ban is not even from tf2 (in fact, it wasn't even from my account, it was on my brothers who I did family sharing with - I think it's ridiculously harsh but Valve never replied :( ).

there's a question mark button on the top right of the page that will allow you to contact an admin.
you should be able to explain your situation and get approved to play

there's a question mark button on the top right of the page that will allow you to contact an admin.
you should be able to explain your situation and get approved to play

i mean i shouldnt be talking but if why prohibit people not vac banned in tf2 especially considering the load of mw2 or bans from other cod games

i'm pretty sure it has something to do with not being able to tell what a vac ban is for just from someone's profile

ya but if ur vac banned in tf2 you can't connect to the servers anyway so it makes no difference whether or not the site bans u

Well, you want to ban people from the site who are VAC banned because otherwise they'd be just queuing for a game they can't even join.

You should be able to change your name going to 'Settings' on the bottom of the left sidebar.
