We're working on that.
tscThis is intended as a short-term measure to fix the recent instability while we continue work on our long-term rewrite of the site that will address architectural issues.
It takes a lot of time to develop a good system so that it doesn't have issues. Part of the reason the site has been unstable is due to a decision that wasn't fully-thought out but ended up having major effects.

NA servers + the EU servers that I have access to are updated with the newest sourcemod. They *should* be working now.

Happened a few times now: I time out ( lost connection to the server) and im unable to reconnect it just gets stuck on the connecting to the server bar and after some time the "failed to connect after 4 retries" pops up.

If half of your total engi time was on last and not all of it then you deserve the ban.

Can we get a third server for mixchamp NA? Pugchamp rarely uses all 5 servers and we get like 2 servers filled + like 15 players left at mixchamp
