Good first season, Ive improved a lot and so have my teammates. Lots of drama though :(
First season ever, in UGC (no I'm not proud of it, just mentioning). A little disappointing when I practice and scrim just to play against people who obviously do neither, or would just rather play Highlander. I couldn't see myself doing another season in UGC, any skill level team in Open is my goal for S24. Currently 3-1, but I wasn't on the team for the loss.
paddie back from camping i get to play my main again!!
ive learned that im bad at all classes except demo (debatable) and that im fine with that, ill stick to demo till i die
First season in open with some good friends of mine. Had a bit of a rocky start to the season when we lost two games while we were up 4-1. Glad that nobody on our team tilted and we were able to move forward from that thanks to the leadership of our medic (shoutout to HappyBob1).
We are currently 10-4 and will most likely finish out the season 12-4 from the looks of it. Pretty happy with how our team has been performing and am looking forward to playoffs.

Went into my first season of IM, said I wouldn't main because I didn't want to play every night and thought someone who wanted to play every night was more deserving of a spot. At the second week my old Pocket messages me that they needed a Demo to play for them last second, so I joined their roster and ended up maining for 7 matches before it died.
I enjoyed it more than I hated it, the people I was on the team with were cool so I didn't mind terribly that we only won 11 rounds across 7 officials, plus I learned a lot more in the last four weeks than I did in the entire last season of Open. Wish I could have finished the season off, but no one was really enjoying themselves, people started leaving, and our roster was a revolving door of players, so it's best we folded.

It's been tough. Our team isn't the most experienced so we've just been taking tons and tons of losses, most of them pretty hard ones. I had to pick up maincalling since I ended up being the most experienced player on the team (uh, with my one season of UGC getting carried by some friends - shoutout to bleh and mn) and it's been pretty hard on me because my DM, which was already really mediocre, suffers quite a bit from having to focus on calling and I make bad decisions all the time.
Everyone is really chill though and there's been very little tilt even in losses so I appreciate that. Our medic quit after badlands (I can't blame him, it's really hard playing med for a team that makes a ton of mistakes due to inexperience because you end up paying for all of it) but I managed to scrounge us a really good replacement who fits well with our team. We're finishing off our season with some matches against some of our scrim partners, so here's hoping to them being fun close matches to wrap it all up.
I really did enjoy spending time with these guys though because they were all dedicated to improving. I do think it's been fun, overall, and I think I improved a lot. As much as I enjoy playing demo though, I don't know if I can do it for another season.

i approached the bright doorway that led to the dimension of esea open for the first time..... everyday I hear the voices of na tf2 players calling me a "weeaboo"
My HL team folded.
Still looking for a 6s team after being unable to join one after temporary commitments. Haven't even tried out.

This season is great, I hope the gunslinger stays unbanned forever
another avarage season in etf2l mid. unlocked gimmicks didn't piss me off as much as i thought they would
First full season for me and I decided it would be a good idea to captain a team :')
Last match I had to have 2 medic subs on dm classes and a scout sub because 3 people decided not to show up.
Otherwise it's been fun but I'm never captaining again <3

I can't decide whether the gimmicks are actually bad or if everyone is adhering to an unspoken agreement not to even try them. I thought the Beggars might really come out on Metalworks or Granary, but heck I know my own thoughts on even trying it were just "fuck that noise."

stereo cut MGElove pocket even tho EVERYONE ELSE SAID TO NOT CUT HIM.
bumfreeze med got put to pocket because stereo did NOTHING on scout and had to be put on med. later in a scrim bum asked "when will this team will die".
then one of our carry scouts cant play for 2 months because of life and "bad habits".
today we played against wonszu (low prem player sandbagging in open) and we're trying to get a default win
otherwise its been a good first season for me

My team died 2 hours before signups closed because both my scouts were gay HL mains and bailed on me.
Joined a newbie mix drive team as medic and in the process of watching the demo from our first scrim our coach, saam, decided (somewhat understandably) that he didnt want to coach a team with two soldiers that can't rocket jump. One of the members had already payed for like 4 people (including me) for some reason even though we were gonna get payed for anyways.
P.S. don't get mad at saam apparently he was a last minute necessity coach and he wanted to coach a mid/high open team

To be honest, I was on a team with the best group of players that I've ever been with. However, the team died due to the fact that nobody could really step up to maincall and some people just were not mature enough to admit they'd made the wrong decision. There was also the thing where teammates got mad at others not performing well when they themselves didn't do any warm up prior to the match. I'll accept your complaints when you warmed up but if you just came into mumble a minute before the official match, I'm not going to take it. Especially if I see you were playing another game.

our weakest player is going nutty in matches now that he plays the game
It's been a frustrating season. After going through a bunch of roster changes earlier on, due to toxic players and people choosing to commit to other teams, we finally settled on a roster that seemed to have an ok rhythm. But, the team still failed to win a single round this season, due to a variety of factors that I won't get into, because I don't want to call anyone out publicly. At the end of the day, I did the best I could, and hopefully I can move on to a better team next season.
At any rate, it was nice to make some new friends, regardless of how well we did. I'm happy to say that I ended up liking the teammates that I rode out the season with, even though I got plenty frustrated with some of them. It's also been nice to have a reason to practice again, for a while prior to this season, I stopped focusing on improving and went back to pubbing, and I became a lot worse.
Um, pocket or scout LFT season 24?

second season in IM and so far, counting preseason, i've been on 5 teams. one of them i left for a team that died a few days later, promptly causing me to join a low IM team. i decided i could do slightly better, so i joined another team i played on for half a season, but left because i wasn't having fun, and now i'm here. for the week i've been playing with them it's been a lot of fun and a lot more relaxing than any of my previous teams (sorry boobies), and hopefully i'll stay there for a while.
i think that this season was the season i made a lot of friends from all the teams i've been on - everyone i talked to was either very friendly or very good, most of the time it was both. i also gained a lot of experience both calling-wise and general-play wise, so i feel a lot more prepared for what's ahead than i ever had playing for syops four seasons ago in IM (lol).
