Se7en face Arctic Foxes in the Premiership Upper Bracket Final of ETF2L Season 26.
Having placed third in the regular season, Artic Foxes surprised the pundits, the French, and probably themselves by beating nerdRage on Thursday night without dropping a single round. Se7en secured their place in the upper bracket with an unexpectedly shaky performance against Lowpander, only winning the first map by a single point.
The foxes are definitely the underdogs (underfoxes?) coming into this match – Se7en are still yet to lose a map this season, and when the two teams played each other in Week 4 (on Reckoner and Product), Arctic Foxes failed to score a single point in two games that lasted less than 15 minutes each.
However, Arctic Foxes had also lost badly to nerdRage in the regular season, but seem to have come alive in the playoffs – adamracek looked dominant against nerdRage on demoman, feeling has been impressive on pocket all season, dd5f and Raptor just made it to the finals of ETF2L Ultiduo Cup #6, and perhaps most crucially, decorated veteran scout schocky is looking on form.

My friends father once told me a story about him being on his way home. He was sitting on a bus and he saw a crying baby lying on the middle of the bus but no one would do anything. Then he saw a man step into the bus, there was something special about him, he was shining or something. This mysteriously glowing man saw the baby and he proceeded to pick it up and wipe its tears. I later found out the baby had found its parents after hours of this mans searching. This showed me that people are not rotten inside, people are not bound by their greed and hate, people can be beautiful and meaningful and make an impact on our harsh society. This man was alle, and he shows us the bright actions we can make to break the hate.
