i don't know if anyone remembers but certain people hated the cheaters lament so much that they modded it to be a giant glowing "FAG" on your head if you had it equipped in their server

I believe they're achievement items and therefore not giftwrappable?
The lament & badges and a few other items I think have never been able to leave your inventory aside from deleting them
