why are we not using a plugin that disables the scout speed buff
do we still think valve are gonna do anything to this game (xD), or have we decided its good now for some reason

There are already hard time limits on sniper in nut city pugs and they are better for it.

next, and that's on you, you're gonna have to ask who will accept running it
