After observing today, i got off the phone with the DC. The server will be monitored for extensory connections (flooding ect...) as well as network spikes. Sorry it is such a slow process but the server will be fixed/optimized for full 24 soon without choke/lag issues. :<

Rates changed to higher minimum. Found 24 man pubs at 30k for anyone has pretty bad choke upped minimum rate to higher value. Max still 100k.
Should there be any other plugin type stuff besides RTV/Mapchooser?
Also TF.tv Ammo mod server up (Thanks Fog)
Found a bug with Quick Play system about keeping logged in which enables quick play also reported it. (writing a script to keep a check on status and relog the server on logout)
Yea, what you are going through is normal. I was in a similar situation back then and i rolled with it. I ended up 10 years just going with the flow after blowing savings on a house when i was 18 instead of going off to college. It took me 10 years to figure out i did not want to be a chef after working for so long and advancing to management, sous, and executive. I'm 28 now and i finally found something i truly enjoy / love doing.
Make some small goals and keep a big one in the background. It is just something that takes time. If you have to deal with a job you semi like, make the money put it away, and it will be HUGE later. Having a vehicle is nice but it can also be expensive. I haven't had a new car in my life, but i have paid for flat out multiple used that worked just as well. It's nice not having to worry about a payment or full coverage. If you are in a bigger area / city where you can get by without it, then by all means just put that much more money towards something like going on a cruise, traveling somewhere, or something of the sort.
I pretty much had my life controlled until i was 18/19, all my checks and job money went straight to my parents hands then the bank. Then when it was college time, they gave me the choice of house and work to do what i wanted or go off to a university.
Just keep an open mind and if something isn't going right or "it" just isn't there when you are doing it and you will know. Then it's time to try something else.
To an extent, not having all those extra wires clears up a lot of mess. You have a cleaner case, better cable management, and better air flow.
Modular vs non modular the most notice will go to cable management. Modular has multiple plugs for multiple power sources where as non-modular is just one big bundle coming out to be hooked up where ever.
and non modular one big bundle of wires whether you need them or not

Long distance is always a pain and most times doesn't work. Unless you both have extreme patience, confidence, and trust. The friction alone and frustration is enough to cause more hassle. You also often miss the things that are local and possibly already in front of you in some cases.
When there are pains here and there, it is one thing. When it becomes a pain and constant, you are better off looking at other avenues. It either works for you or it does not.

Serverside max rates upped to 100k. cmd / update suggested 66 or 100 whichever your connection will handle best.
Added gullywash / turbine, looking into the choke issue i've heard mentioned. I'm having the data center network admin check on it Monday.
Also if you could contact me on steam to post a tracert (trace route) to the server IP. If you are getting choke / loss. I'll build up a network case for them to fix / deal with.
Implemented mapchooser / rtv.
Added upward.
Looking into the quick play algorithm some more on limitations.

Oak towers central US also fixed.
A miscellaneous question.
Alltalk on or off?
Nah, starting this, the only reason going small is to get the momentum started. As it gets going more then expansion will go. Regardless the server will be up for the next 10-12 months minimum unless there is some weird hardware issue or a fault at the DC. Then as things get going, implementing new systems like donations, having variations of 24/7 or rotations will come up.
One note is that as of now i have the server to do a self update and refresh at like 6am every few days to ensure it doesn't go stale and start having weird abnormalities happen aka glitches.
This will be the start of opening community based servers for TF.tv. As we get a feel for demand and supply, we will venture out into more types and new locations as well as looking into further based systems to sustain and expand.

Hopefully this will be a decent start in the right direction.
I did testing with OBS as well. 1090T just set affinity to the last 3 cores while leave the first 3 to your game ect... Didn't notice any game degradation and the stream was clear.
For affinity settings.
Task manager > Processes > Right click OBS** process > Set Affinity > set to desired processors.
It's good to see all the feedback. Before throwing in money and buying things, i have a test server up. Just needs config, then a release post will be done. This way no one will be spending anything or be on a limb or feel they lost anything in the start. Give it a month see how it runs, then go into buying. Also going to contact Fog, lang, and others aka tragic ect....
