Laxson is ready to play for a good open team. He's had awful luck with teams the past couple seasons, but now with 3 seasons of esea medic experience his fundamentals are rock solid. His next step is a team that will truly challenge him and demand greatness, which I know he's ready to produce. He's also a really reliable player and great teammate!
NOT LOW OPEN WTF
Kai joined us partway through the season, and the decision to pick her up was the best thing we did all season. She's really fun to chill with in mumble, gives honest but constructive feedback, has fantastic comms and decision making, and great DM. One of the teammates that I feel lucky to have played with - I'm sure you will end up feeling the same :)
GG Burnsiders. That's the season over :( I ended up playing scout for The High Ground for most of the season. I originally joined so the team wouldn't die, but everybody on the team was a total pleasure to play with, and I was more than happy to stick around.
We were really bad, but I take a lot of responsibility for that, I'm simply not a good enough scout. I'll be back to soldier next season! We're not sticking together, but I definitely recommend anybody who gets a chance to play with any of these gamers take it!
Osplo, Laxson, Hunter, Redshirt, and Kai - thank you so much for a fun season despite the challenges :) I'm glad I played and I'm glad you kept me around.
I posted on this previously but Murkscribe deserves another. I am not exaggerating when I say he's probably the most driven and dedicated player in the entire competitive TF2 community right now. It's to the point where I almost exclusively hear him talking about how he wants to improve, evaluating how he or his team is doing, asking about you our your team, or discussing his tf2 plans. He has a truly absurd focus for improving at TF2 and being a better player. It's to the point where it doesn't make sense. He would probably be happy to scrim 12 hours a day if circumstances permitted.
Best of all? In combination with that he's really really genuine, kind, and caring. He is very critical of himself and cares about improving, not hyping himself up. He has zero ego. I hope he finds a team to match his attitude and ability this coming season :)
TRY HIM OUT
They both should've been playing in esea two seasons ago. This will probably be a solid team, I recommend trying out and seeing if it's a good fit!
I was a pootis god. I also remember not knowing how mumble worked so I was in the wrong channel and got a cooldown on tf2center afterwards

i was down with the villain and rivalry stuff but this is dumb
[*] sad to see so many legends go :(
Great games so far! Also, the post game interviews with fallen and gob b were both so interesting- great questions and really in depth answers
He's about to get a 144hz monitor and this kid is seriously talented. Sleeper pick who will carry your mid open team or be the missing piece in the puzzle for high open. He's ready.
