I'd suggest downloading + backing up at least the network drivers. Most drivers at this point are available through windows updates, but better to not screw yourself lol

thats only for the hurt people. is there something for when people are buffed? cuz im medic and it's nice to have i think
That's also in the closed caption file. Something worth noting is that "buffed" really only means that a medic was healing them, not that they're actually above 125/200/175/etc
The same can be said for "scout hurt" - it just means that they took damage.

I have no clue what went on in that game, but I would have definitely kicked that team or left depending on who's server it was if they're just going to fuck around with 4 off-classes.

This is correct. You only need to put -dxlevel for the initial launch of the game after installing/using the FPS config. The game will use that dxlevel going forward until it's told to use a different dxlevel.
