DougA con I found is that you can't set custom bitrates. My internet is kinda bad (2mbps of upload), so I can stream single player games at 2000 bitrate, but if I play multiplayer games I get pings at 300~600 ms. When I stream with OBS, I set my bitrate to 1500, which looks really better than 1000 and my ping stays at 30~50. With Steam, I can only set 1000 (which is ugly) or 2000 (which my internet can't handle). I hope they improve it in the future.

Valve doesnt even lift VAC bans on their employees, that shits not going away. lmao
Sometimes VAC makes mistake. Last month a brazilian roamer (majesty, from powah's team) got a VAC from CSGO (this created kinda a drama in our community because VAC ban in CSGO means league ban here). Like 5 days later the ban was removed (he even sent an e-mail to a Valve employee who said was going to check his ban, but the Valve guy said later the ban was automatically removed by the VAC system). So it's possible that those recent bans are mistake.

Yeah. We've tried to get this off the ground in AU but it kind of fizzles out because there's not really anyone with both the time and motivation to run such a thing.
I've just started doing it in Brazil. Every friday I call someone from my friendlist to be the second coach and we play 2 maps with the newbies. It doens't take too much time and the newbies have been pretty interested in everything we have to say.
The coolest thing about this is that we can teach the newbies about some game mechanics like critheal that some people that think MGE is the most important thing in the game don't seem to understand.
