drakThere doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the name, and I'm sure people will know what's being referred to. Nothing wrong with writing # in front, or stating that the web client is the intended one.
Your service seems well made. Do you know when it'll start rolling out to testers?
HK has great suggestions as well, and you seem to want to make a great service. Please take this to the point of near-perfection, as the demands aren't unreasonable to meet, and the potential of success is very high. Best of luck!
It's possible I'm pretty far off the mark, as I haven't looked at the site / video (will once home).
I have some other ideas as well:
-A publicly facing calendar for my team. If another team wants to scrim us, they can look at our calendar. "Hey, this team scrims regularly on Tuesdays 8-10 PM EST! Let me book that time with them." I then get a steam message that links me to the scrim request, or maybe a steam message from the leader of the other team.
-If a scrim is agreed to on the site, a connect string is posted and/or auto-sent to team members.
-Integrated ringer finder. If I know I don't have anything scheduled on a given night, I can log on with my Steam, and set my player status to Ringer. My player profile will have my UGC, ESEA, CEVO level, as well as any additional information I provide (preferred classes, playstyle). Captains of a team that need a ringer can perform a query based on the class needed, time needed, and skill level.
-Comments on player and team profiles. It would be nice to know if a given player was a good or bad ringer, or whether the team you just scrimmed off-classed the whole time.
There are some other things I've wanted that I've forgotten, I'm sure they'll come back in time :)
