EDIT: after updating my drivers and restarting my computer, it stopped stuttering. probably should've been the first thing i did.

cm storm's pretty good to buy keyboards from. the magicforce (qisan) is also pretty good but some people don't like 60/65% boards.
if you want a full-size keyboard and don't mind going a little bit over budget, look into ducky keyboards.
