For how much crap we had to deal with this season being booted from invite to a full team reform mid-season in IM, we're really happy with how the season went. Thank you to everyone who helped us keep the roster alive through many weeks of weird scheduling and thank you to everyone who subbed for us while we got it together. Good luck to everyone left in playoffs!

Somehow I remade Faint and have yet to play a single match or scrim with the team and its been 3-4 weeks lmao

I did not do a great job of explaining the situation but I think Midas got it right. Invite wouldn't have worked logistically and many of our players, including myself, don't have the time or will to play invite. Plus mason, mustard, and phantom hit the nail on the head about scrimming / rosters that have been together for weeks, which we have not. We could very easily place outside the top 5.

My only goal was to resurrect the Faint roster to finish the season to completion.

I know the Faint sandbag train is very tempting to jump on but realize the only reason this team is even a thing is because Exile was told he'd be getting an invite spot and then got moved to IM days before the season began. Then that team groaned on for weeks hating playing together until they died. This current team is only a thing because it was my final attempt to show my wrath to the tf2 gods on behalf of Faint.

We were content to sponsor a non-playoff invite team. We were bummed but, okay with being moved to IM. This was a real last ditch effort so, I really would stray away from the idea of us sandbagging simply because I picked up good players that were only available because of their teams having died.

I don't think we're about to be as good as people seem to think. Any of the other top 5 teams could beat us. We are essentially a pug team right now.

From playing with tambo for 2+ seasons on medic, I can promise you that'd be a mistake lmao. Also in refrence to your comment about viaduct, most of the people on that team other than myself and ryan had very little 6's experience. Viaduct is way more of a team map than people act like it is. Yall had invite level players during that match. Its easy to play scout on viaduct and top frag when you have invite experienced teammates.

I'm so goddamn excited to watch these guys play this season. Its a hell of a team.
