apparently my new drivers had this http://imgur.com/9czUz6b enabled by default which is really bad and serves no purpose other than making your game look like youre standing 6 feet further back than you actually are.

i tried switching between lvl 91, 95, and 81. it still had the base change in fps however it seemed to drop my dx8 to dx9 fps. my system tray and drivers for my AMD Radeon(TM) R7 360 Series changed and idk if any of these things matter

i switched to win 10 last night and i went from a consistent 300 fps in mge to riding around 140-180 in both mge and 6s. also kinda feels like there forced vsync.

Whew dodged the Cynex bullet. RoL and I had our suspicions though and I found some dumb logs ~4 weeks ago. DBZ and I were hip to Bad Kev after 888 dpm on via sniper ages ago.
