i remember this test posted on a gaming forum (quake forums?) somewhere to find the perfect sens for you. start with your sens and try your best to keep your crosshair in the same position while you move around. then double and half the sens and pick the two that suits you the best. try the sens in between the two, and pick the better 2 of 3. eventually you'll get it into the hundreths.
