Not going to mention names, but I asked someone on Fryo the other day if they were looking forward to some 150 Euro ping gaming. They basically said they didn't even really know when it was, and said they are probably scheduled to work that day so they might not make it. This was a week ago. I guess that there was definitely a lack of communication between the members of fryo as to the specific details of when it was actually happening.

I have ATH-m50X's and like them quite a bit. I've seen them go for as low as $100. I actually kinda got mine for less than that. I got them bundled with an audio recorder, and I sold the recorder and ended up with the headphones for about $50, which is a steal. If you are patient and can wait 1-2 months for a deal, I'd suggest going to slickdeals.net signing up and then putting a deal alert in for some headphones that you are interested in, then it will email you when something pops up.
Since you mentioned liking crime Solving, you might check out Alaska State Troopers. I just started watching it. Pretty decent show so far. Not that much "crime solving" but more kicking down doors, arresting people, car chases etc.
nobelharvardsProducers of Back to the Future really overestimated the human population when it depicted 2015 having flying cars, hover boards, automatic shoe laces and automatic clothing self drying.

Flying cars have been available for years. $300K and ones yours!
Disappointing.... I was honestly hoping for something new. This is just quantum levitation, its been known for years and years.
A very cool demonstration of this technology: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ws6AAhTw7RA
Extremely impractical unless there is an easy and cheap way to cool a material down to -200C.
AvastNY is the most feasibly fair server location considering NA gamers on West Coast like decimate and Bdonski had equal or even worse ping than the Euros the last showmatch.
Yea, depends on your routing but I think best case scenario gamers in California will have 80 ping to NY. I generally have 120. It will be interesting to see if fryotech changes classes up a bit, as I imagine b4nny would probably ping ~140-150 to Europe, which would be almost unplayable on soldier.
SideshowSeyfeiwheres ascent?
Ascent originally decided they didn't wanna play due to euro ping. Then I changed the rules slightly to make it a bit better for the American teams and I think they were considering it, but it's still a big disadvantage.
I'm curious what most Euro's ping to NY servers. I'm in California and have personally seen Euro's at times ping better than I do!
This looks seriously impressive for such a short amount of time. Keep up the good work!

IIRC that mike TF2 guy is a shady character that likes to find exploits and abuse them. I think he was entering the other teams spawn in 6's one time and killing everyone in lobbies. He has a video showing you how to wallhack.
I like how he added coordinates, velocity and angle. I'm sure those are pretty crucial things to know in a 6's game... rofl
I would wait for skylake which should be coming out later this month. IMO just doesn't seem right to build a new rig with 1-2 year old technology. Skylake is not that much faster though, 5-10% in most benchmarks.
Skylake motherboards will have boards supporting DDR3 and DDR4. I'd go Skylake + DDR4.
Tame_ImpalaYou should get a cheap rubbish (or at the most, 'ok') laptop for using microsoft word or whatever, then buy a great pc for that money. You're not really going to be playing games outside of your house, unless your parents live separately (like mine), or you go on a lot of vacations (which have famously shitty internet anyway).
Yep. I advise every gamer that wants a laptop to get a desktop and a lower end laptop. A true high end gaming laptop can be very expensive, very bulky and get very hot. Spend like $700-900 on a desktop, and $300-500 on a laptop and you will be much better off!
Just wanted to mention, I tracked down two STV's for the Krom guy mentioned in post 1618.

Obvious triggerbot. His awareness and positioning likely also suggests walls/esp. Just wanted to get these STV's here on the forums so people could be aware that triggerbots are probably going to be the "new standard" for kind of "legit" looking cheating in comp. Silent aim is patched, so a triggerbot with a slight delay is probably the new aim assistance of choice.
I subbed a sniper spot on an Aussie HL Viaduct lobby today, and our scout was going insane apparently.

89% accuracy on his scattergun. But I didn't just go off that. I looked at his profile and found he's only played 4 lobbies and has 3K hours! His other logs are even more shady!
http://logs.tf/928254?highlight=76561198065217983 94% scatter
And on sniper 80% accuracy with 71 HS.

I could not locate any STV's, but I added the lobby leaders to ask if they have an STV. But I'm 99.99% sure this guy is a hacker.
Name: Krom

I also followed him into a pub, and saw him using his triggerbot. I did record a couple short demo clips, might upload them later, or will wait for an STV.
Edit: I have two STV's from this guy:
Sniper on upward: http://heavy.ozfortress.com/demos/pub/94a91d4419551a54849ff893120c38e346da9e34/20150727/spent-20150727-1845-pl_upward.dem.7z

Obvious triggerbot.
89zombiezEDIT: Also, triggerbots are usually fairly obvious, as people who use them have telltale patterns on how they aim, such as only aiming for the head and never going for a bodyshot, and waving their mouse around the model to get the triggerbot to activate.
Not sure about fairly obvious. A couple of days ago I had a guy admit to me that he wrote his own hacks and used a calibrated triggerbot with a slight fire delay in UGC silver for 2 years. He doesn't play in any comp leagues anymore, and hasn't for a while, but he was never banned. This is just his word, but it wouldn't surprise me.
If you wanted to get really sophisticated you could have several trigger timer delays, as well as a trigger for body shots and headshots, to diversify your triggerbot. Not saying that's what bo4r is using, but just saying that its always possible.
I do have to admit, the whole crosshair placement being wrong in STV's is very annoying, and looks like obvious walls in many cases where their head might just barely be sticking up. I wish valve would fix this bug.
Also perhaps some people that run servers should start experimenting with 2 AC plugins.
AnAkIn Anti-Cheat v3.2, does have triggerbot detection, but it is not 100% accurate, but will flag suspicious players.
And then SMAC (Source Mod Anti-Cheat) not sure what it detects but I know i've seen hackers banned in pubs before for aimbotting.
