I'm just curious as to how multiple seasons of experience is what warrants being able to coach brand new players. I fail to see how mid open players are incapable of telling the combo that they should stand on right holding blands last, or that critheals are important, or that ubering scouts with an advantage is good. Many of the players in newbie mixes have barely played beyond pubs and lack even a basic understanding of comms, let alone tf2 metagame. I think even high open is a bit of overkill. The only glaring issue I see is people being given misinformation, but even at high levels there are differing opinions on how to play TF2.

Hey. I'm looking to take a multi-class backup role, or particularly a medic backup on a team for next season. Unfortunately I'm unable to start due to season conflicts with a trip to Costa Rica in Mid June/July, but I will be around until then. Despite this, I'd enjoy being a part of a team that would want me around to go over demos, or fill in for scrims consistently, I'd rather not just roster ride.

I've been pugging for a while, and spent last season backing up. I'm just looking for a team that's fun to be around and wants to improve. I know I still have problems with cluttering comms, inconsistent DM and inexperience among others, but I'm aware of my mistakes and consistently working on addressing them. open command prompt and try typing ipconfig/flushdns. I had this problem with other webpages and it wasn't malware, it was just an issue with my router.

Grawgs is a really solid, well rounded demoman with great DM and solid gamesense and awareness. His only issues are his inexperience and his tendency to play too passive, but overall he's incredibly solid and definitely worth picking up by anyone who wants a smart demo for a team pushing for playoffs.

I've been looking for MGE partners and partners who can help me with DM/movement in general, and I can practice with. I feel like I've stagnated, and it'd be nice to find some people who are looking to improve and take criticism as well as give it out.

Yes, because slander filled opinions are definitely worthy of being posted on an open forum and worth defending... it's fine to have an opinion, but this is still a really asshole thing to do.
