yes there are some alternatives. cinq has a very nicely working stats plugin which apparently is open source with automatic uploading, however i have not experimented with getting it to work with a site other than cinqs so idk if its possible/easy to get that working. theres also drdonutmans perl script which runs on the command line. You are right though, tf2logs has been quite terrible lately.

another reason why highlander is growing faster than 6s is because it is taken so much less seriously. Simply playing highlander for fun is actually quite possible, but playing 6s without taking it moderately seriously will eventually lead to a bad time, as your team gets crushed by people who take the game way more seriously than you do. I think highlander growing is a great thing for all kinds of competitive tf2, and will help both scenes grow. The people who want to take the competition up a notch will move to 6s soon enough, while people who commit much less to the competitive side of tf2 will continue to grab interest from the masses.
lets hope not. /shitgame
the pway a weal cwass videos are really funny. the roaming soldier video is just a classic. loads of good comedy in there.
good article sigma.
I wouldnt mind an "open" world, but im not so sure about large rpg elements and "quests". Im thinking sort of like Crysis 2 was, open world but directed story.
I dont see why anyone would -frag this, he is entirely right. These "introductions" are things that should go on a profile page and not a forum thread. Seriously no one cares about any of them.
dont play as much. only play as much as you can enjoy. If that means only scrims and matches then so be it. If that means u spend 15 minutes before scrimming to warm up then thats good too. Dont overdo it just for the sake of practicing.
At some point this may become too cluttered to be useful but some IM games should certainly qualify.
fucking standin
standin was terrible please dont bring that up ever again.
i agree, warmfront was a good map.
Consider this... if a map is 3cp, one of the teams will be holding last 100% of the time. While on average rounds might go down faster, when you actually consider game speed and excitement last holds are certainly the most boring thing in the game. Heavies will get run constantly. Not exactly promoting faster play.
you should re-release the broesel hud update that you made since broesel is a liar and hasnt updated his.
saltysally mention the class you play and want help with so that someone can decide if they will be able to help you!
