Cre-8, this is not a viable career. Kudos to caring about the growth of esports, but tf2 is really small and a terrible return for your time if a career is what you're looking for. Careers as a tournament organizer are totally a thing, but building your own league will not support you when you don't have anything to offer that another league does not. You would need to compete with a league that offers prizepools, has a client that provided servers, and already has support from the community. A new league that cannot best these features will only fall. It won't work. I don't mean to shit on you, but this is not a good idea.
Also your rules are really vague and do not paint a clear picture of how your league will function. There's so much more to building a league that you really need to do.
