How do casters see what the camera man sees?

lol?
we have multiple people join the STV relay - each caster joins and the cameraman joins, and then the producer captures the cameraman's view, while the casters have their own controllable views.
for smaller and online-only streams, usually the cameraman and the producer is the same person.

It's usually used as an open line of communication from the devs regarding platform updates and changes, and it has some voice channels for teams to use if they want to while playing.
