okay, well this is caused by the hudanimations_tf.txt file not being up to date, usually because something else is overriding it.
do you have anything else at all in your custom folder?

wareyaSome maps have way too much bloom but some maps use HDR settings that make the outdoors too dark in HDR mode if bloom is fully disabled.
i'm looking at you, metalworks. i sure hope that map was recompiled properly before being included because fuck that.
