whayayTreshIt looks really nice, but I don't think you can make the labels look like they are on an angle.It is theoretically possible with custom materials or font tinkering but it's REALLY unpractical.

So you couldn't just go into an image editor rotate a line of text, give it a transparent background, convert it into a vtf and use it that way?

Can´t decide which font to use. Would really appreciate your opinions. The one on top is the default Broesel font for HP and ammo.

Hi, I wanted to try make it so that when my health is low there is a 2pixel red border around my screen, and when I'm buffed for it to be blue. Have tried, but really struggling. Was wondering if somebody would do it for me or show me what I need to do.

Just leave the scoreboard alone. You pretty much perfected it 2 versions ago.

However, how do you get the avatar to show up only for you?

Class selection, team selection and scoreboard look really good, although I'd experiment with circles instead of squares for class selection. The base hud doesn't look too good honestly. The shadows or whatever that is look weird, and I think the font size should be lowered.

I updated it and placed it right after the old one. I'll experiment with circles later, kinda tired haha.

it'd be a lot more useful to gauge public interest on concepts that are actually possible to execute. for example, the target id and control points look really cool, but since you cant actually have them in a hud, why use them in a mockup?

Can you please explain why not? The target ids are extremely simple using a .vtf or even just imagepanels. Control points are trickier but again, custom .vtfs can be used.

Voloder: The reason the target id's aren't possible is because you cant make the position of the name label dependent on whether or not the person in the targetid is a medic or not. You also would not be able to make a background appear and disappear if you are being healed by a medic.

I'll tamper with it a bit. Using that concept, I might be able to put a background behind the percentage and place it to the right of the name, but I don't know how centered it would look.

It could be done that way, but the text color wouldn't change upon mouseover.

Not much to get excited about in itself, but as I am sick, I have been reworking my entire HUD to make it easily customizable. Not going into too much detail, but hopefully it is ready by the end of the month. Also spent all day messing with fonts to reaffirm my belief that Font Forge is indeed the devil.
