If I stream myself playing the same in scrims now, why would I cheat lol it makes no sense. The fact I even showed my taskbar and sent these demos also.

what u don't understand is that however you play after your ban is irrelevant.
the fact is that the ac team in etf2l convicted you means you were found guilty of cheating.
even if it only happened one time and u never cheated again, that one time still makes u deserve a ban
how well you play now is IRRELEVANT
have u ever heard of processes not showing up in the taskbar???? at this point you're only derailing the conversation, you know you're full of it

on another note dafuq, why did you keep on doing banned exploits in scrims? you knew that isn't allowed yet you kept doing it anyways. If you don't care for that rule, why would any of us assume you wouldn't dare cheating?

And even if this cheater was wizat's lover that wouldn't be an argument.

Sure it's pragmatic for the AC, but it also means the etf2l ban and all its mirrors are based purely on trust for the AC staff. You must see how this lack of transparency can be abused. I'm not saying it IS. But it surely can. Personally I think transparency is worth trying, as my trust in etf2l staff has been dwindling as of late.

If someone's ready to conduct in-depth research of AC evasion there are already multiple quite solid sources available for that. Knowing how cheaters are caught is also a powerful tool for people who don't cheat, and that's (at least I'd hope) the vast majority of the comp community. Having AC work validated encourages improvement in their accuracy and detection. I get that there's a tradeoff but I don't think it would be that bad at this point.

it's funny how the only argument wizat has is that "it wouldn't make sense for him to cheat" like yea and it wouldn't make sense for u to use exploits and notoriously fail to send demos, also playing without cheats after u get banned doesn't suddenly make u clean

there are multiple resources on the internet showing how cheaters are caught, so you're not asking for the evidence to learn from it
with the current resources we're working with the trade-off in transparency is actually more negative for us than it ever was. assuming it'd just be the 1500 something demos i've watched and the 6-8k the whole staff watched in total are going into a case, i'd personally not have an issue with providing transparency even if there'll still be a bunch of fanboys bandwagoning and denying evidence beyond reasonable doubt just because they love attention and circlejerking. but providing current transparency also means we'd have to leak proprietary or private tools and other resources only available to us that lead to cheaters getting banned a lot of the time. and then it's pretty easy to stay under the rader compared to "just don't track players through a wall if you're wallhacking cause it's super suspicious in demos and people will look for it"
either trust us or don't. but as far as i know, no other tf2 league has an anticheat this experienced and with access to private resources, which is why other leagues/sites mirror our bans

DaFuQWiZaTI have been convicted however they are wrong, they also play in these leagues and therefore its a conflict of interest, I have been asking other admins to review my previous demos, the ones the convicted me for as I can categorically say I am not a cheater. Feels like a grudge to me
"they also play in these leagues and therefore its a conflict of interest"
None of the current AC admins would play in prem this season, apart from thaZu who is a sub for Athenaeum.
"I have been asking other admins to review my previous demos"
jbird and comanglia do not count, they are not ETF2L admins. The Anti-Cheat team made a unanimous decision that you cheated in at least one of the demos sent to them. And you have no way of knowing which games exactly you were convicted for (actually, no, sorry, you do - it's the ones you cheated in).
"Feels like a grudge to me"
Saying that and not elaborating is ridiculous. Who is that person holding a grudge against you? Who exactly on the AC team hates you so much that they are willing to risk their position and a reputation just to get back at you? Is that person(s) really that powerful that they can also convince every other AC admin you should be banned?
You're trying to stir this conversation into a "there's a conspiracy against me" territory, but the simple truth is: there is no conspiracy. There is no grudge. Nobody is out there to get you. A lot of people seem to forget that admins are people who don't really get paid for their work and do it because they love TF2, so if you want to suggest that every one of them is somehow corrupt you better have serious proof, mate.
Debating the validity of AC team decisions means undermining all the work that's been done in the past several years to catch cheaters and it's a really dangerous ground to thread on. There's nothing wrong with questioning the authority, only the thing is - this current AC team has so far given no indication we should doubt their integrity or professionalism.
Your integrity, however, is definitely in doubt, considering how much you seem to enjoy hanging with and around known cheaters as well as your previous ban for not uploading demos twice on ETF2L and the fact that since your current ban you've already been caught lying several times, most notably by saying "I've never cheated in any FPS games before" on porky's stream when in fact you had been caught using hacks in Call of Duty before. You also said on one of your streams something along the lines of: "I was never banned on RGL or UGC", but you were banned from RGL last year for using exploits (and apparently didn't upload demos there either if the disciplinary history is to be believed).
So even if somehow all AC admins made a terrible mistake or they really do have some mega bias against you, why would anyone ever believe your word over theirs?
