And with that, roster sign ups are closed!
The list isnt exactly finalized, a few teams have reached out to me that they have players but have not gotten everyone to make an account, but i can work with that.
seeding will be relatively simple. I'll start with teams that are full of active invite players and then everyone else gets the random number generator. Ill post an update when the bracket is ready, and we will be able to estimate when the stream will go live as well.
Prize pool still sits at 875, but if we break 1k all of top 8 gets a cut!

If you drop $125 the first place team actually gets less money. currently 1st place gets around $440. but if the prize pool hits 1k they only get $400

Working with team leaders over the next day or two to get prize money sent out.
Once that's done I will write up a brief report of the event. My experiences, things that went well, things I learned. Hopefully other people can see this as something more regularly attainable, fiscal incentive or otherwise. If I could run the first 4 rounds of this cup from a parking lot while on the clock, surely there's people here who can manage on their day off.
