Steam did that last year when thousands of Dirt3 codes were leaked on some forum. People were able to play for 3 days before game was removed from their steam library.

Depends. I think NVIDIA has to handle the action since they're the ones who actually were issued the keys to give out.

If they don't, well... if anyone did actually buy and get thousands of keys to resell (as claimed in reviews) I'm not exactly going to be happy with the handling of the incident.
