That's how I feel. I stopped getting my hopes up for news on HL3 after the Ricochet 2 interview, so if anything that gets me more excited for the next two announcements because I really have no preconceived notions of what they will be going into them (aside from potentially mentioning hardware/controllers, that seems a little obvious).

The best part about the half life series has always been the mod ecosystem around it- if they were coming out with a new engine that really improved the mod side of things that would be so awesome. For how great everything else they produce is, their tools have been consistently awful.

If you need a game to get the achievement Dark Souls is on sale for 7.49 right now and it counts. I use my PS3 controller to play it and just got the beta badge.
