Would this mean improved customization? Maybe actual custom crosshairs that work on sv_pure 2?

Nope. I connected to some of them using the IP and they are online and working.

Hud crosshairs are great, but they aren't dynamic. Being able to change custom crosshairs with a crosshair switcher script would be pretty cool. Would be able to change color and size and such on the fly.

wareyahow about they just let us use custom crosshairs on sv_pure 2 just like huds
because its about time valve focused on improving existing structure on tf2 again and not letting the community fix their shit via dumb workarounds
good examples include
- Transparency Slider for Viewmodels
- Allow players to go lower than 2 Picmip without cheats.
- Outlined TF2 Crosshairs (checkbox perhaps)

All I want is one crosshair that is the exact copy of CS:GO crosshair4 with all the customisation it has. Outline, thickness, gap etc.
Just save the cs:go crosshair as a picture and use it in tf2.

MIndwith all the customisation it has. Outline, thickness, gap etc.

Wouldn't the csgo background be in the way unless you have godlike cropping skills?

It's actually pretty easy. You just take a screenshot of the crosshair, open gimp or photoshop or whatever and draw over it. You can do it completely flawless if you take your time. Not a perfect method I know but it works and it does exactly what m1nd wanted.
EDIT: You could obviously always rip the textures you need from the game you want. This way I got the warsow crosshairs but I'm not sure if it'll work with cs:go

This update has been a nightmare for me.
I watched it get downloaded and tried to play a quick pub. Got denied because "The server you're trying to play on is on a newer version of the game."
I've uninstalled, cleared game cache, uninstalled again and restarted a bunch of times.
Anyone have an idea how I can get this to work?

hooky- Fixed a case where clients would hear/see crit effects when their attack was not a crit
Totally not fixed for me, still hearing crit noise occassionally when there is no crit.
