Fixing 99% of custom huds after an update is as simple as re-installing.

This update is no different. The only missing elements should probably be the boss health bar and the wheel of death card status.

#92 its one of the customs that i made. its definitely far from finished tho and theres a few overlapping bits that i need to correct. also i made it for 1440x900 so i have no idea if it'll look the same on other resolutions.

the font is source sans pro black, which I chose over chunkfive (rxp's font) because when I was polling around my friends list people consistently liked it vs chunkfive was homerun-or-foul

I'm not ready to put a download link up because there's still a lot of broken stuff in minmode.
