not controversial at all especially in this day and age, even though sony claimed they were gonna not release it a few days ago you can pretty much watch it anywhere now
seth rogen and james franco are great together but this is definitely not their best movie. still pretty funny it had its moments... i'd say 6/10

i'd say google paid them to pull it, thereby hyping it up, and then give exclusive rights to YT and Google Play

Was great in my opinion. I feel like many of the opinions on it just because it was Seth/James is a bit biased and has seen them too much, which probably resulted in a different view. It had it's comedic moments, and how they ended it wasn't so bad either. But James didn't nail the CIA girl so 7/10.

Good if you like Seth Rogan movies, bad if you don't. it's a solid comedy that is on par with their work, but it's not going to be memorable for anything other than its subject matter (which is a pretty good premise for a movie).
I'm glad it was released, but I can't help but think it was a marketing hoax.

It was entertaining, but not a movie I would watch again. Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg have written a directed better films in my opinion.

Definitely filled with Seth Rogan humor. Seems really forced as usual. It's reasonably entertaining but a year from now I probably won't remember a single moment of this movie.

It wasn't that bad and it wasn't that good. I've never been that big of a fan of Seth Rogan films but I just sorta saw this one out of principle.

I went into the movie thinking it would be total trash and it turned out okay: not witty/clever in the slightest, but pretty funny. It actually had a lot of quotable moments.
