So the last few days have been a wake up call for me. I've been using insulting words freely without realizing how badly it affects my team and our scene. It's immature and unprofessional especially when representing one of the top teams in the game, as well as disrespectful. The damage is kind of done but I still wanted to just apologize to anyone I might have offended. I'm really looking forward to i55 and I know this wouldn't be possible without the community and their donations. I don't want this event to be stained as a result of my behavior and I sincerely apologize about this and will be trying to conduct myself professionally going forward.

Thank you for your well put words Ash. I was troubled by these events but this helps put my heart and mind at ease.

Part of why I'm big on regional scenes and LANs is that meeting people in person changes things. Too easily are words batted around on the internet without regard for who's on the other end.

In discussions about this, other player's past behaviors also got brought up. All of those scenarios that happened in the past are equally troubling. Some of those players did in fact apologize, some didn't, there's too many occurances. Due to the effect his behavior had on the donation and it's potential ramifactions for the i55 campaign, Ash got spotlighted out but he is not the only one who has engaged in such behavior.

I hope that we all can learn from the seriousness of this issue and move forward in a positive direction. #glhfdonth8

I'd love to believe this, but I'm fully aware that I personally became a "retard" and a "nigg er" after rescinding my contribution in addition to the events that led up to the retraction in the first place. I just know the smell of bullshit when it passes my nose. While writing his original apology and after I retracted my contribution, Ash was telling others how he really felt about me and the situation. I have no appetite for his posturing.
