The guy who comms every little thing that pops into his head and usually repeats the same call about 5 times over, but never ever listens to the calls made by his teammates . Bonus points if he regularly and bitterly complains about calls not being made when in fact they were.

The guy who micros you when he's dead ("Shoot that medic! Use your shotgun! Grab the pack!"). Especially annoying if the player in question happens to be dead a lot as a result of poor positioning.

The guy who baits like crazy and does practically nothing until his team is dead so they can all spec him while he goes in and makes the "hero play" which usually entails getting a couple of easy and irrelevant cleanup kills

The guy who complains that the game/his class is getting boring, but refuses to try new strategies, play more challenging teams or make any effort to improve in general.

The guy who starts to look for scapegoats ("hey remember when _______ made this call") or reasons why a loss isn't his fault ("Look at the damage I did") when things start going poorly in a match instead of trying to find ways to turn things around. The guy who cares more about being free from blame for a loss than actually winning.

It's not really warm up time, you should be warmed up before you join the server. Pregame (at least for me) is checking things that you need to know like your ping, anything that can affect your aim or peripherals.
