So, i was sitting here looking at for some reason 3 Domino's magnets sticked at my desk lamp, thinking of ways you can blame the game (not the player). And i have noticed how the human body does not perform well at tracking fast objects being busy downthere and not upthere with all the fats and calories munched at once. Not a drill.

And for the sake of every player's dream of cutting down his inconsistencies i should really ask and gather some info about your personal experience.

Is there any situations your vestibular system or, generally, a body system have denied the acces to your e-sport potential other than giving you a break after a pizza-fast-food? Maybe you haven't done your squats in the morning or your neck is jammed after a gym? Maybe you're playing at 60Hz? Is doing eye exercises challenges this pilot vigor? Actual atmospheric pressure impact?
And is there, after all, a good personal go to for your wellness?

If you're asking about setbacks then 60hz and a bad computer would be two for me. As far as body, having cold hands never helps.

You don't wanna be hungry but you don't wanna be digesting a lot of food. For me the sweet spot is eating about 1.5 hours before scrims/matches. If you think it's crazy, look at the attention to detail fatal1ty maintained for stuff like this, its nuts.

I came to a conclusion that quality of your sleep is really important and it's not just about getting enough of it.

Firstly, you have to get consistent with it. Ideally, you want to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. But just like with your in-game performance, it is impossible to reach 100% consistency here, especially in the world that we live in so you just have to strive for more and more consistency. For example, throughtout new year's holidays I developed a schedule where I'm always in bed before 3:00AM (I strive for 2:00AM but I usually end up playing "1 more game of h1z1 or w/e).

Secondly, you have to eliminate oversleeping. Some people basically "fall in love" with sleeping and I used to be one of them. I used to sleep for like 10+ hours whenever I had a chance and then I felt like a zombie for the rest of the day. So fucking not worth it, trust me. What I do now is I always have an alarm set to 10:30AM. However, I usually wake up earlier than that (fell asleep at like 3:00AM, woke up at 9:00AM today).

If your sleep cycle is so fucked up that you can't fall asleep earlier than, let's say, 4 or 5AM, you just have to suffer for 1 day and stay awake untill the next evening. That's pretty much it.

In last couple of years I change my sensitivity seasonally to compensate for how weather affects my hand muscles, In the warmer seasons I use a lower sensitivity because my hands are free to move with no cold making the muscle movement difficult, at the winter I make my sensitivity slightly higher to compensate for how the cold makes my hands move at a slower speed.

Also today I was so cold that I was shivering a lot while playing Soldier, which caused me to twitch and fire a rocket randomly, that rocket ended up connecting with a mid-air enemy player and that resulted in an airshot. Because of this I came to a conclusion that I play at my best while I'm shivering a lot from the cold weather.

Lifting weights or exercising definitely makes me feel sharper in my aim and thinking ability when playing, lack of sleep has the opposite effect.
