I usually start my day with a little Bacon.
sometimes i make biscuits and gravy. sometimes i make an egg sandwich. one time i made fried rice but i put bacon in it. either way i have defied the odds by not being morbidly obese

if it's a day i work then it's usually a piece of fruit as i walk out the door and a bottle of orange juice from a mini-mart
if i have the day off then it's usually some form of eggs and bacon, with a side of wheat toast

I haven't eaten breakfast since 8th grade and have a pseudo meal at like midnight.
The only time i eat breakfast is when im visiting my parents and my mom makes it for me.
Other than that I eat like 1-2 large meals at random times during the day/night

My stomach grumbles like fucking crazy if I don't eat anything in the morning. During the semester it's typically just a granola bar or something small
Usually it's either coffee or chocolate milk with some butter toasts, but I never eat breakfast during holidays or weekends, only if I have to get up early for uni etc
I never eat breakfast anymore... get to work at 11am, eat lunch at noon, and then eat again after TF2 scrims at like midnight.
I used to do protein shakes (protein powder, vanilla unsweetened almond milk, flax seed, frozen fruit/banana, pb2) or overnight oats when I was working out, or hardboiled eggs/french toast during a normal weekend.
