yes... this actually works ingame.
how hard was this to do? I had my viewmodels bugged out like this for a while a long time ago and I've wanted it permanently ever since, so having this for scattergun and pistol would be great, if you get time at some point, please. Otherwise no problem, thanks :-)

AttendantYttrium, is there a way you can remove the Spy's Invis Watch / Dead Ringer hand, but keep the meter?
I've seen that happen alot of times when I played, but it wasn't consistent, and appeared randomly when I switched weapons while I had the watch out.
Thank you for this tool.
This mod, which makes the DR smaller and farther from your crosshair, does that on certain servers.

Basically, instead of zeroing out the root bone, I zeroed out the bip_weapon bone, so the weapon model that gets inserted into the hand disappears (moves offscreen to -100,0)

Hello, I have a minor issue : my fps config doesn't exec when I startup tf2 as it used to after installing the mod, does anyone know why and how to fix it?
duck_When you swing the melee weapon it ends abruptly instead of a smooth flow from swing animation to idle.
if you could fix this i'd be like super greatful

I can't see my healing beam if I disable the viewmodels for my medigun. Don't know if that's a bug or what.

it's intentional. This mod doesn't use r_drawviewmodel 0. It moves the weapon model away from the screen which also moves the medibeam away.
You can reinstall the mod but not apply the mod to mediguns. Then you can still see the beam. If you don't want the viewmodel you can then write a simple viewmodel script with something along the lines of "slot2;r_drawviewmodel 0" in there
SUBZEROSorry if im missing something but it hides my medigun beam and flames for pyro. Anyone know why this is?
same thing applies to the flamethrower

When i put the mod in the tf folder it still asks to put in "Team Fortress 2" folder. And "Install" button not activated even i tick(ed) the boxes. Any solution?
Hey, so I've been trying to figure out why the viewmodels are modified on every single class but spy. I really don't understand as to why it would NOT work on spy whilst working on any of the other classes like soldier or engineer for example. I've checked my custom folder to see if I've downloaded something that would change the viewmodel of the spy's revolver and I found nothing... Some suggestions would be amazing right now.
Hi,
Is there any way to get this working for Mac? It's pretty sad even with programs such as Wine we cannot be able to enjoy your mod.
Maybe you can tell us exactly which files in which folders we have to replace in order to recreate the same effect your mod does?
Thanks for your time.

Don't know if this has been asked before, but is it possible to hide the medi gun but show the beam?

I think this has been fixed for valve official matchmaking and won't work anymore. Otherwise, I would DM yttrium on steam or something.
After installing it both my chrouch jump and null movement script don't work, is there any fix?

The issue is that Valve's studiomdl and vpk (but mainly studiomdl) binaries don't exist for OS X or Linux. They're 100% a required step for customization. There's nothing I can do about that besides build it for you and give you the instructions on how to install it - or you could just do it yourself on a Windows install and copy it over.

Doublecheck your autoexec. The installer modifies it. Might have removed something unintentionally.
