how could this happen? hopefully someone brings this tyrant down and justice prevails
At first I looked up what "removed from match by system" means and according to a guy from reddit it happens when "they've tried to rejoin a Casual game after crashing/leaving, at the same moment a sub joined, so they get kicked" But yistern was obviously still in the server and Cheddars McCheeseballs is an actually a valve employee.
So either the server fucked up and the system worked as intended or sage is right and a valve employee actually did abuse his powers and mask an automatic kicking system as means of kicking someone who's dominating him in pubs.

was thinking he would be some young guy that just got hired and is a bit edgy but the guy has been in valve for at least 10 years
imagine being in your 30's and kicking people in your own game for playing with their friends
Hugges
one person asks "did you kick him?" and Cheddars say "yes, admitted to griefing"
im pretty sure he kicked him

eh are we sure that isnt just a guy who called himself like that and its all a big coincidence that he was kicked by the system and just that guy who says he is a admin can say he kicked him .... :D
If only I had the same power because I swear there's always someone who is hacking because he/she kills me... :(
Its kinda sad because there was a spuf thread about it that is closed now, but there were so many tears it was amazing.
Tl:dr furries stack mannpower and are shit heads about it, valve dude tells them to swap teams so the game can be fair, they tell him that hes just salty and pub stomping is intended in the system so he can go eat a dick. He kicks them from server for trolling. And then they cry bloody murder because putting retry in console is hard.
Not actually a big deal. Just hilarious

It's not a surprise. In Dota 2, Valve has a matchmaking option to match them against a team of 5 worse than them (by 1000 MMR) who are also globally muted and in the low priority punishment pool. It's apparently for "when you want an easy game".
gotta love how valve employees take more immediate action against actual players than they do against people who blatantly hack
idk about the rest of you but this really pisses me off

If this guy is pissed off at the game balance of MANNPOWER OF ALL GAMEMODES then maybe he should use his position as a valve employee to fix the actual problem of the team balancing engine and the horrible gamemode itself, as opposed to kicking someone for being better than him.

Did they really not tell him first that they literally can't swap teams. They could've possibly helped (by also saying there are many other ways to balance tf2); like shit I may be delusional but he might have decided in that moment to work with the tfteam for a bit.

great to see "team stacking" aka playing with friends or "pubstomping" aka being good at the game are kickable offenses now! stunning that this guy HELPS MAKE THE GAME and hes not just some freak 12 year old community server admin
I just feel like there has to be something missing here otherwise this would be incredibly disappointing and sad.
Wackyfireballis this the guy updating mannpower
that's what i was thinking. like finally we understand why mannpower gets more updates than everything else combined

Dario Casali is the guy who made Dustbowl, Goldrush, a few HL1 maps, and Final Doom: The Plutonia Experiment if anyone didn't know.
Hahahahaha how fucking sad do you have to be to abuse your dev powers just because someone's better than you hahahahahaha
Let's not forget about how two men are discussing haircuts in the military.

massive oversimplification of an edge case that rarely happens but ok

well it's no fucking surprise that a game with this little attention and devs has to scrape the barrel to get idiots like this as their staff.
why does he care so much about MANNPOWER being balanced anyway rofl

Yeah, throwing a hissy fit when someone didn't want to stop playing with his friends sure was nothing wrong. On one hand, yes, the person who was kicked and his friends were acting like complete douchebags, but this doesn't mean you have to stoop to their level and start kicking people. Also it's almost as if there was a feature inbuilt into the game that automatically balanced the teams if you felt they were uneven.
