That code was made with CSGO in mind, a lot of plugins for that game don't work the same in TF2.
CSGO does have a functions that can change a players kill and score count without actually constantly overriding the value (CS_SetClientAssists, CS_SetClientContributionScore). From a quick google search it doesn't look like similar functions exist in tf2 however I'm sure there is a way to actually change the point values for kills/assists.

Tonight I noticed that the chicago dm #3 doesn't actually use the esea whitelist as advertised. Can't speak for dallas 3 but I'd guess it is the same situation.

I agree with this also because the rockets don't actually fire from the same place as stock or original. However I think there is an issue with dm that the cow mangler doesn't actually get ammo regen. This could be fixed since the last time I used it in a pregame dm server though.

Bumping this two year old thread to provide an update on my future plans for the TFTV DM Servers.
As you can probably notice, I have not been providing any support for the servers over the past few years other than paying for them to be kept up (I don't even know if people still use them). I haven't played the game more than a few times over the years, and this will probably not change in the future. With that in mind, I believe it's now time for me to finally bring these DM servers to a close.
The servers are currently paid for up until around the end of July. After this, they will close down as the billing period expires on each one. If for some reason someone wants to overtake the servers, they can get in contact with me via Steam. Otherwise, this decision is final on my end and I will not be entertaining offers to continue running the servers myself as I can no longer afford to keep them up and running, nor am I interested in doing so even if I had the money. I will provide a link to each server's files near the end of July for anyone who wishes to run a DM server with similar configurations to what I currently have.

after all these years, playing dm is still the most consistent fun ive ever had with this game. hop on the server and start shooting. itd really, really suck to see it go

I made a poll to gauge how widespread this feeling is. I believe either way I'll be able to do one or two servers out of pocket, but receiving community support would allow more servers, more locations, and particularly ensure the longevity of my ability to host the servers.

From server statistics, it looks like the dallas #2 and #3 servers aren't used particularly frequently, and might not be needed (particularly #3). The chicago #3 server isn't tracked, but may be the same. With these changes, it may be possible to reduce the costs to $20-34/month, though I'm happy to keep all of them running with enough support. It also may be possible to replace one of the current ones with one in a new location if people wanted to, etc.[/spoiler]

The two #3 servers are hot garbage that allow dumb weapons and sniper. I promise that the only reason those are sometimes used is not because people want to practice that trash. It's because people just want to dm and they join whatever server has people in it. Either the initial 1-2 people in there are the jokers that really feel like they need to practice sniper/dumb weapons in dm or people literally accidentally happened to click on those servers when all six were empty and then people are going to continue to join what's populated until prime time dies out.
The maximum number of servers needed to be up is 3 (4 if you really want) and a safe minimum is 2. It is super rare to see 3 servers filled up.
Also the afk kickers are super inconsistent between the servers. The bad one(s) are where the kicker seems to not work at all and someone just afks in spec forever.

[spoiler]Also please if we could fix the issue that causes you to download gigs of sound files unless you have the "cl_downloadfilter mapsonly" cvar that would be great. My understanding is that other servers that are actually maintained have had this fixed for some time now. As it is now it's hurting the population of the servers. Either the server says 8/8 while actually 1-2 people aren't playing but downloading maps for 15 minutes or plenty of people probably just give up and don't play.

Honestly see no reason for freight or granary to be in the rotation

please don't remove freight it is one of the better dm maps and it's fun
I don't think that the dm maps need to line up with what is currently being played in league season. It's just good to have a variety of places to shoot at each other. I miss fighting on gravelpit B and even turbine (that one's a bit cramped though). The fact is that pretty much all of the maps are awful for various reasons save for process, viaduct, and maybe snakewater or metalworks. If you can accept that then -the more the merrier-.
