My binds are messed up

the301stspartanMy configs are in \steam\SteamApps\teh301stspartan\team fortress 2\tf\cfg
Since they were kind of working after steampipe I assumed that I wouldn't have to move them. I also added m2 in the demoman.cfg
For reference:
exec clear
exec crosshairswitcher/switcher; demoman
bind "mwheelup" "slot1"
bind "mwheeldown" "slot1"
bind "mouse3" "slot1"
bind "mouse5" "slot2"
bind "mouse4" "slot3"
bind "mouse2" "+attack2"
Odly enough, itm is not working. The other binds are executed but mouse2 refuses to detonate stickies.
Yeah, the new folder for TF2 is SteamApps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/cfg
