I remember once I ended aproximately 42 hours without sleeping, while simultaneously being like 28 hours without eating.
I didnt feel that bad, neither had any issues nor colapsed or any of the sort. I just ate a ton and slept like 18 hours in a row after that time.
Not proud about it tho
