A couple weeks ago, while I was away from my computer, windows 7 decided to upgrade to windows 10 without prompting me or asking me. Ever since I have "upgraded" to windows 10, my computer has had a host of terrible issues that are driving me insane. This is the most garbage, piece of shit operating system I've ever run before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Problems I've encountered:
1: After starting my computer, horrendous and awful flickering, stuttering, flashing, and other visual glitches that make it incredible difficult to do anything. I have found that a clean reinstall of my nvidia drivers fixes this, however after turning off and and turning on again about 3 or 4 times, it comes back.
I've tried removing/reinstalling nvidia drivers, and then completely removing any traces of my old nvidia drivers/files and graphics drivers in general, and then after it defaulted back to integrated graphics, reenabling my graphics card and then reinstalling drivers. My graphics card is a 980ti
2: Since upgrading to widows 10, TF2 likes to crash, usually at horriblly inopportune times. Roughly once a scrim/match it crashes.
I've tried verifying my game files, playing the game totally default, and uninstalling/reinstalling the game. It crashed on all 3 of those tests.
TF2 also likes to take around 4 - 5 minutes to let me see anything other than a black screen after I alt-tab out of it. I've made sure that I don't have my dx settings in my launch options, as I know that can cause that issue.
3: My start button/start bar doesn't work half the time, and when it does it sometimes takes 2 minutes to display. How the fuck do you not having a functional goddamn start button.
4: Rarely, my keyboard isn't detected when I start up. This normally wasn't a problem, since once I logged in a couple just unplug/plug it back in and it would work fine. However, on Windows 10, half the time the accessibilty/on-screen keyboard button doesn't work half the time so I can't log in.
5: Not really a big issue, but still worth documenting I suppose. Not sure if this is windows 10's fault, but when I play overwatch, sometimes letters/characters will be missing throughout the whole game. For example, the letter g can be missing, so everywhere it will be missing ("genji" reads as "enji", "play game" will read as "play ame", ect.). This is more amusing than actually problematic though.
6: Not really a bug, but where is the option to turn off all of the annoying notifications? I don't want to have to tell windows it's okay for mumble to access hard drive files every time I run it, it's annoying.
