#150 The Mouse/Mousepad Thread (last updated Sep. 9, 2013) in Hardware
x3Anyone have a tip regarding washing a Qck+ mousepad? It's really dirty and i dont feel its damaged much. (I dont have an automatic dishwasher at home)

I have ordered a Pure Track Talent, and i wanna compared them.

Thanks!

I've washed my Qck+ in a sink with lukewarm water and soap and a soft toothbrush. It takes a while to fully dry but make sure it's adequately dry before you use it.

"Nice looking graphics" and "FPS ones" are opposites generally speaking.

Apparently people are surprised when I say that I use the Zalman mic because it sounds good from what they say.

#10 Hard drive 100% usage in Hardware

Pretty sure the ssd is performing fine and it's just the hard drive that's shitting itself. Here's the task manager when I try to open a notepad text file (takes like 30 seconds for the file to load): http://gyazo.com/5ac79b6640f7550ee0913b129027c5a2

#1 Hard drive 100% usage in Hardware

Starting today my hard drive has been screwing up. Originally in task manager its usage was at 100% all the time, but disabling the Windows Search service fixed that. Now, doing pretty much anything will cause it to spike to 100% and whatever task I was doing will slow down for a while and eventually either give an error or actually load. Games run fine from what I can tell but boot and restart times are longer, opening a file takes a while, I can't download things from chrome, and I can't save a text file without getting an error saying "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error."

Have an 840 Evo 250gb and a WD 1.5TB green drive.

nobelharvardsApologies about necroing a thread, but I am interested to find out what aspects/elements/properties of a hat make it hard to headshot?

Is it height? Is it width?

I'd imagine it'd be misleading hitboxes for the most part.

#205 SHOW YOUR CROSSHAIR! in Off Topic
Querti don't see the point of reviving this thread.

To share crosshairs, I assume.
Some threads are only relevant for a certain period of time and those are the ones that shouldn't be revived, but I don't see the problem with reviving ones like this.

#25 Monitor freaks out when watching videos sometimes in Hardware
jp_delpoOn driver 13.12 now, still having the problem :\Have you disabled hardware acceleration on both flash and the browser?

I disabled the hardware acceleration option in chrome and in flash and I don't seem to be getting the problem anymore. Thanks a lot!

For those who don't know how to do it:
To disable hw accel in chrome, type chrome://settings in the search bar and hit enter. Click show advanced settings and uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available".

To disable hw accel in your flash player, right click the animation in the link below, click settings, and uncheck "Enable hardware acceleration".
