does anyone know where the files for the killstreak icon are?
it'd be nice to have a hud crosshair version of crosshair3, the circle, just so it doesn't get so pixelated
I'm more annoyed with the disappearing hud problem. it just adds to the invisible players bug.
Team Fortress 2 Update Released
November 22, 2013 - TF2 Team
An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2. The major changes include:
Fixed a client crash caused by using custom HUD files
Fixed a server crash related to damaging the tank with the new Medic shield
Fixed Strange Australium weapons not properly tracking kills
Fixed bots trying to attack an old sentry location after the gun has been picked up by the Engineer
Fixed a bug that would cause robot "gate hat" items to be craftable. Gate hats that were crafted while the bug was active have self-destructed and become limited-quantity Glitched Circuit Boards as a commemorative token.
Fixed the Adjust Unusual slider not working for some hats, including the Dr's Dapper Topper
Fixed the Health Regen MvM upgrade string mistakenly displaying %
Fixing the Killstreak HUD not showing up for Tier 0 Killstreak weapons
Fixed Killstreak Mediguns not getting killstreak credit for assists
Fixed using the wrong color in the HUD deathnotice for Killstreak weapons
dr_insanefrkngl i used mini display port to display port and had the issue above
Or if the mini port is the problem, what if I just use a male vga to female dvi-d converter? Do you think that would prevent the loss of frames? And from there use a duel link dvi-d male to male cord?
that would be fine if it supported 120Hz. the cable i listed is the only one i've found to support up to 144Hz.
to frkn, i have the R4
dr_insaneGreat! So get that cord and I should be good to go right? This is the monitor I use. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B2HH7G0/ That would work fine, correct?
This is my graphics card, no problems with that either?
you should be good to go. I'm using the m17x, so you might have the same problem frkn does, but it worked for me

i have the VG248 as do most of us with high-end monitors. using the above cable (i recommend getting the 6.6 foot one) it supports 144hz and 120hz with lightboost, if installed. the setup was as easy as pluging the cable in and switching to 144hz through the nvidia control panel. this cord lets the monitor connect to the graphics card itself, as opposed to simply mirroring the laptop's monitor.
