Wait til your first match. esea premium is needed to use the esea client (which is needed to play your matches.) It doesn't have anything to do with registering for the league

For people new to esea, I would recommend launching the client at least once in the days before your first match just to make sure that you can login and that there are no issues, some teammates of mine in the past had issues where first matches start 20-25 minutes late while people figure out what's wrong.

I cant stress this piece of advice enough. Nothing ruins a first experience of playing in a league than having a million issues.
