Everyone knows that medics move at the scout's move speed while healing a scout, and the debate on how balanced/good for the game this is has been done to death. What if we made medic move slower when he healed slower classes? For example, healing a heavy makes you move at the heavy's move speed. Thoughts?

if i aim at the medics legs it should give him a debuff "crippled" cause i just shot out his kneecaps, and the walk animation should change to him dragging himself along on the floor

This is great, but hear me out: What if the Medigun borrowed health from it's user, and when it's drained they have to find cover and regenerate before they continue healing

i like this idea because if you fully buff a heavy the medic dies

the medic should have 23 hp so that when i do a t6 sac with 3 rockets i can kill him with the splash damage from the rocket i missed

even as a soldier main + stubborn oldhead i think the game would be unilaterally worse without scout speed. for meds, scouts, soldiers, and spectators, purely more boring and less fun. id rather talk about banning/nerfing xbow than reverting scout speed

yea it was fun for soldiers and demos when u had ad. wasnt as much fun having to keep ur med stand 500 feet away from any choke whenever u had disad. i kind of dont like it during postfights or stalemates and i dont like that it makes kritz worse, but the freedom u get to be creative and aggressive with pressure forces and exchanges is very nice and healthy for the game flow. imo
