i don't tend to multi-post the obvious here but if you watch the first yen heavy clip in slow mo and you don't immediately realize he is cheating, you legit have something wrong with you. like your parents must have dribbled your head against the concrete for the first 6 years of your life if you don't see him vibrating his finger over his toggle key. it is SERIOUSLY baffling to me that there is any discussion here at all or that any research needs to be done. hold on guys i found another suspicious player but idk if he's cheating he might just be super cracked dudes!!! maybe he's just hyper active lol!!

Because the yen video is extremely unconvincing and despite that, everyone on tf.tv rushed to rally about banning the mf. Doesnt matter how old the game is, this is THE competitive forum and should be taken somewhat seriously

I was living w my ex at that time, I couldn't even play lol, and yeah I picked yen out of nowhere bc we tried out like 4 demos and he was the better one, I honestly didn't know the hackusations till I think 3rd week, but I don't believe it to be true cause they showed me the heavy clip, which I was like "Okay, thats pretty obvious" but then I saw he didn't do a single digit of damage even if he "Locked" in the target, so I'm still a bit biased.

For the other shit of S8 I was with a GOATED team, of course I didn't want to be let behind, and yet on play offs I got hard diffed by betters scouts, and ultimately lost.

aside from the first heavy clip, all the other ones feel kinda unconvincing for yen to be cheating, or at least i dont really know how they seem like cheating clips.

for the clip at 2:17, where hes shooting at two soldiers i dont really think it looks that weird, he was initially shooting the soldier to the left that he already hit for some damage and then went forward a bit, but then that soldier jumped away and if he chased him he wouldve just been shot from behind by the other soldier.
and as for the flicking back and forth between the two soldiers, it was just one flick back to the soldier that jumped away that looks like he was just checking once again if that soldier was actually out of reach or not before committing onto the soldier closer to him.

i agree. i feel like more people are calling cheats because of how often these situations with the same reaction happen, which is fair. there are some clips where i am definitely convinced, but those are far and few between.

i responded to that clip specifically because aside from the heavy clip (which i think looks very weird but idk if its undeniable proof of cheating or anything), it was one of the only clips of yen being talked about in the thread (by yesod).
I also said at the bottom if people had explanations for how some of the other clips seemed like cheating id be interested in hearing why, because from what i saw it feels like not much was going on in those clips. just saying theres a handful of clips in there of him cheating isnt helpful.
also from everyone ive talked i dont think many of them are 100% convinced yen is cheating, the whole boycott was even lenient with his team, i think partially because they arent fully sure if hes cheating, so i dont think its as obvious as you say. (also i am only talking about yen here, not sampha/kryma)

lets break this down u guys are clipping the most insane batshit crazy things ever and accusing this guy of cheats. the 17 and 0 log proves nothing he has 40% beam of course anyone with an iq above 50 will flourish under that in condition. Im watching these clips and ive done almost every single thing in them. Tf2 is not a hard game to aim in. Many scouts have done the exact same thing this is not the first time that a player has been hacksuated over the most braindead shit ever.
