You should post your config + hud somewhere on your youtube. There were probably 20+ people asking for it on your latest video. I know yz50 posts it on all his videos. Gotta give em what they want!

You could do nerd on webcam occasionally and talk about invite drama, sum up what your matches or scrims were like for the week etc.

but....

I think what people would like most, would be for you to have a short 1-5 minute clip of you playing while you explain why you did what you did and how you were able to do something, from a scrim or a match. You could throw in some webcam or something if you were really desperate. They could be informative, funny, whatever you so desire. People would love that shit.

If you plan to do these regularly it'd probably be good to have a plan on how often you plan on doing them.

It would probably be more interesting if you talked with somebody else. I'd imagine it'd feel more like a conversation (less awkward too. You'd probably have more to talk about too. Maybe do these with somebody / bring on guests or something.

You could talk about like predictions/rumors or something. Maybe some interviews with your teammates/friends would be cool. Videos like http://youtu.be/f-yDPzDTBuY are cool and maybe you could mix them in but make it more chill.

Why not talk about what made you get into competitive tf2, and if you play other games similar to that? Or perhaps talk about what you did when you felt like you hit a plateau's on tf2 or what you do that sets you apart from the rest of the invite scouts

I'd love to see a vlog where a player talks about their matches they played that particular week and maybe gives some insight on what they were thinking in specific in-game situations, or reviews moments they they feel were successful/not so good. Nothing as long/extensive as the MGE videos, just some brief tips like, "I tried playing around the rock on the right-hand side of cp_process against Team X, and this worked/failed because blah blah". So, basically just a brief tips and tricks mini-series or something similar?

Yeah, some actual content would be amazing and almost unique.

Talk through your pre-match prep. ie at i46 I remember watching you play on the training match with bots bouncing on the spot.

you could do a play by play of your own or someone else's demos to explain to newer people how to scout properly but so many people do it nowadays it probably wouldn't be all that inventive
people would still probably watch it since it's god damn clockwork tho

You could talk about actual tactics and strats (example: pushing gullywash last with a heavy through river), ways scout partners can work together and with their roamer pal, positioning, and maybe some stuff about how to offclass the right way.

The ideas everyone is hitting here are all good. You might want to try a demo review of your own demo and mix the tactical commentary with gossip/drama/call-out stuff or whatever feels fun. Since most of your demos will be you playing against other inviters that you know, I bet viewers will want to hear your opinion of them, stories of when you played together or something funny happened, etc.

For your HUD and config, package them all up with a readme file on how to install them (if it doesn't already exist) and post the link directly on your channel. That way, when people come asking for HUD/config, you can just say "Check my channel for the download link!"

Bringing in guests can be good too, but I have no suggestions on that front. I'm sure you can find entertaining/interesting people.
