i will admit however that he has a strong personality that you either love or hate though.

That's a soft way to put it. I hardly ever interact with the guy and when I do, I try to be polite but he treats me like dogshit literally any time I'm in mumble with him. Without fail. It's actually kind of impressive.

I've actually even had to step away from pugs for a few days because it got that bad. And no one in my 23 years has ever gotten to me like that before.

Played the beginning of this IM season with Sandblast and I had no problems on a personal level. I found him to be intense at times but that is not a negative. He wants to win and get better so pushing your teammates to excellence can rub some players in the wrong way. I play the same way, so I found it to be a positive and enjoyed playing on the team.

He is a solid fragger with good game sense. He also has a very good ability to know when to offclass and how to do it effectively unlike a lot of other players, he can make plays.

when he's being friendly, he's a pretty chill guy to be around, but he can be incredibly rude and obnoxious for no reason randomly

i had to local mute him just to play h1z1 with him because all he was doing was shittalking lmao

that being said, he has very stellar dm and i can see him being an invite scout within a season

the first time i pugged with him he was toxic as fuck and counter called the shit out of everyone and i was on the verge of local muting him (ended up keeping him at a solid -15db cause his mic was so loud)
recently though ive rang for their team and though their mumble comms were perhaps the worst i've ever experienced i don't think that's entirely due to sandblast (god bless mustard teams literally everybody is constantly talking over each other on a regular basis)
he seems to have gotten significantly less very loud and annoying and has a decent understanding of the game as well as good aim and decision making
one of the better scouts in IM this season, dont judge him entirely off your interactions with him in pugs he is a lot nicer when you actually get to know him, he is also pretty dedicated to improving (as evidenced by the fact that he somehow managed to keep his team alive throughout the season and voluntarily played with mustardoverlord, not to mention the other legends like lee, dave_ and cloudmaker lol)

He NUTS on the regular. his personality is kind of aggressive but he isn't toxic. He is a meme geyser, but he's pretty funny. He really wants to win all the time. overall, very good player.

Sandblast has great aim and plays the game a ton. He has the potential to go off in any round and fits the definition of a 'playmaker' to a tee. But from being around him and playing on a team with him for half of season 21, I do think he is toxic. He thinks very highly of himself and looks down upon those he sees not on his level and will often go out of his way to insult others, maybe not directly to them but still. I've never seen him admit to a mistake he has made as he will generally default to blaming someone else on the team instead for reasons why the team is losing.

Before leading his own team this past season, he was cut from at least three open teams and he was cut from his highlander team this season as well. I'll let whoever's reading guess as to why. Hint: It's not DM.

But I'll leave it at that. I really wish he would channel his 'excitement' in a more productive manner. I think he has the potential to be an amazing scout and teammate, but until then, I have to be honest here.

Everything that Keith said is entirely true. I do try my absolute hardest and try to improve as fast as possible while having the most fun so I don't lose interest in TF2. I do tend to have a aggressive personality in game but it can tend to be for the worse. I just want the best for my teammates and its just the person I am. From what Bear said also I do tend to be a idiot in pugs but it does not reflect me when i'm on a team, me and a whole bunch of friends just like fucking around and having fun. I understand iv'e offended people in the past and i'm sorry for it as it was just me and friends messing around and I do hope people did not take offence to it.

I put a lot of time into this game over the summer and I plan to keep playing for as long as possible and hope people are able to forgive me. I will try to channel my excitement in a better way and enable myself to encourage myself and my teammates in the future without being aggressive in the future. I hope this clears some stuff up.
