You can get a fully working Spotify even if it's not available in your country. It's unavailable here as well but a bunch of my friends have it. I can ask them how they did it or you can just google it

You can always get one of those things that makes it seem as if ur logging in from america or whatever, i used to use one of those a while back (supposedly the best one at the time) but after a while it just kept asking me to buy the full version so id have to reinstall it and each time i reinstalled it the time it worked kept getting shorter so i just gave up after some point
